Using Cloud Tools for Presentation
Dear All,
Consider using these cloud tools while making your Project Presentations:
1) Be clear in your thoughts, have a big and clear picture of what exactly you are doing in your project. More discussions with your project guide can give you the required clarity in thoughts.
2) Organize your thoughts in a proper sequence.
3) Consider using the below web-tools to present your thoughts in an effective manner.
1) Use Google Presentations : no need of carrying pen-drives and work any-time, any-where in a collaborative way.
2) Use this flow-chart making tool (also for ER diagram, UML diagram and many more) - Lucid-Chart - work any-time, any-where in a collaborative way.
3) Use Google Images, an image is worth 1000 words, so search for a best image and put in your presentation. Ex: M.Tech Project PPT and Cloud Slides (people liked it)
4) Use this Drawing Tool, to make any required drawing for your ppt and work any-time, any-where in a collaborative way.
5) Use Mind-Mapping tool to create useful mind-maps which add life to your presentations.
6) Use Proto-Share to make GUI prototype of your application, which shows how your application might look once developed and put this screen-shot in your PPT.
7) Discuss about your project with your parents, friends, relatives, ask right questions and their answer you can consider putting in your PPT.
Ex: For "Customized News Paper" project - Ask few people of various walks of life, as to which paper they prefer, and what type -physical / online and which article they like most - sports/business etc etc. Get their answers and present it nicely as your market survey!
Hope the tips are useful :-)
